There is this issue of Amerado
Burner beefing with Accra Rappers which I find very disgusting and I think Kumasi
HipHop fraternity are not supporting their own. I followed this from the onset
and I will say some Rappers in Accra are not being fair but rather behaving as children as
they are in the industry.
There are instances where you will
not understand from afar what is going unless you probe by asking the right
questions and the right people. HipHop Ghana is making waves on an issue which
many are misconstruing and making their own meaning to.
From the get go;

Amerado Burner has being very brave and I
commend him on his boldness. From the time Pluzz fm as a station got to know his name which was mentioned by Strongman Burner as a replacement for him to Battle Don Itchi when Sammy
Flexx asked if he can give them that Battle and Strongman even concluded that he will even add
an undisclosed amount for the winner.
Amerado was again asked to battle to
maintain his name “Amerado” when another rapper said he started the use of
Amerado and he accepted the challenge but his contender (Amerado the Governor) showed
signs of not being fit enough face him in disguise by saying he was not ready
and has passed that stage of battling. So influenced by OB Amponsah and Micheal
Owusu Afriyie regional troll I think, the host of AM pluzz Sammy Flexx suggested that
there should be something like that for upcoming rappers and again Amerado Burner was again asked and
he readily accepted that he will carry the weight and fight for Ashanti Kingdom. So as
on AM pluzz Rap battle had Don Itchi as reigning champ, he was called to carry
the weight of Accra and he would have from all indications but just because Strongman suggested
Amerado Burner to him sometime ago, he said he would prefer to meet Strongman
himself not Amerado Burner. He also added that he would rather give Amerado to
Malaika who happens to be a winner of talented kids at some point and happens to be
from his camp, ie Itchi’s camp.
So that gave birth to the search for
a fine rapper to stand for Accra and meet Amerado from Ksi on AM pluzz. And this
has being misinterpreted by many 4bars sissies who call themselves rappers to
talk anyhow on their facebook walls and the worse of them all is 2fyngers who
before going into the YFM studios with Ogee posted on his wall that he is just
going for a freestyle session but not a battle and called for his fans to join
and support him because the fans of Amerado will do that for their own. And
whatever transpired there has being posted on social media and Amerado Burner
was just himself and he was just recycling his flows and chipping in new lines off head because
he was not there to battle. But right after that show, 2fyngers is rather
claiming to have murdered Amerado and to me “I can’t think far” because it
clear and from my perspective and I see it differently.
From all angles the quality of
rapper can only be measured in the artiste delivery and content which I would say emphatically that Amerado has it
all, his delivery has touch of Obrafour (Clean Lyrics) which can be rated UNIVERSAL
for all and sundry but 2fyngers on the other hand is just a comic and his
lyrics lacks sense and maturity. Lyrical toddler is how he can be classified
when he is juxtaposed to C J biggerman, Don itchi, Obibini etc.

For me what all Accra rappers should
have done was to push Amerado the Governor or Don itchi should have given Malaika
to the Beast but instead Munumkum is rather scheduled to meet Amerado on the of
14th October 2016 because in Pluzz fm open search for a fine rapper
he emerge as the winner to carry the weight of Accra on his shoulders.
