    Jackie Appiah recently visited the Island state of Hawaii in the USA and decided to try the traditional Hawaiian hula skirt.
    The grass skirt (Hula skirt - is a skirt that hangs from the waist and covers all or part of the legs. It is made from many different natural fibers, such as hibiscus, palm, or Phormium tenax in New Zealand, and are traditional clothes in many different cultures from Polynesia to Africa. ) is seen as an object of beauty in Hawaii and are mostly handmade—with more than over 150 years of history backing its used.
